In the course of a transaction, you may encounter issues with either receiving a deposit or completing a withdrawal for a user.
In either case, you are allowed to log a complaint to help resolve the issues and complete the transaction as seamlessly and efficiently as possible.
Once the timer is less than 5 minutes left, if no action has been taken from your end, you will receive another notification saying that the Cashramp transaction will be expiring soon.
The dialogue box that allows you to make an appeal is displayed as soon as the timer for the transaction elapses.
As soon as the timer elapses, and the dialogue box pops up asking if you have any complaints, you are required to give a concise description of the issue and the Support Team will start working towards resolution right away. And as soon as this is complete, you’ll be notified right away.
~ You cannot log a complaint on a transaction that has been marked as completed and confirmed from your end.
