When a user initiates a deposit request, you will instantly receive an email, SMS, and push notification with the details of the initiated deposit.
The user will then proceed to send you the local currency equivalent of the amount they specified using any of the payment methods you specified that suits them.
In your dashboard, the transaction should be labeled “Pending,” as shown below.
If you click the specific transaction, more details on it are displayed, such as the time left for the transaction to be completed, customer details, your exchange rate, and so on.
When complete, they are expected to click the “Notify Agent” button, after which you will be sent an email notification that the user has made a payment.
You will then be expected to confirm receipt of their deposit by clicking the “I have received The Payment” button.
