When a user initiates a withdrawal request, you will instantly receive an email, SMS, and push notification.
You will also be notified on your dashboard asking whether you wish to accept or decline the request.
If you accept the request, the user is then redirected to a page where they are required to wait for you to complete the withdrawal using the payment method they specified. The transaction will now be labeled as “Accepted” on your dashboard.
You may click the transaction to see more details on it and complete the payment process.
After completing the payment (outside the app), you must return to the app and click the “I’ve made the payment” button in-app, and specify the payment method used before the timer elapses.
