You can manually reinitiate the deposit with the exact amount using the same agent by following these steps:

  1. Log in and navigate: Deposit > Cashramp > Specify the amount and payment method. See Making A Deposit (Funding Your Account) for more.
  2. After an agent is assigned to you, confirm that it’s the agent you sent your initial deposit to.
  3. if it’s not the agent you processed the initial deposit with, click the button at the top right which says “View all the agents” and search for the specific agent you completed the last transaction with.
  4. Once you initiate the transaction, you should see a button that says “Chat with the agent”.
  5. Do Not Pay The Agent Again
  6. Instead, open the chat-box and share the transfer receipt with the agent. You can also explain to them in the chat-box that the previous transaction wasn’t completed by them.
  7. Mark the transaction as paid, and once they can confirm receipt of your funds, they would complete the transaction from their end.
