Slow hours are usually between 7pm and 9am in the morning. Agents may be unavailable to process your transactions at this time.
If the amount you’re trying to process is too low or too high for the agents limits, you may find not find an agent to process your payments
If you are trying to you a bank or payment method that’s not listed among any of the payment methods used by our agents, they may be unable to process your transactions.
