If you’re making a deposit and you’ve sent your funds to the agent, open the chat-box and upload the payment receipt.
If the agent is unresponsive in completing your transaction, click the “Deposit delaying? Send us a complaint” button in the app.
Select your complaint and send. Our support team would work on it right away.
