Logging A Complaint For Deposits
Logging A Complaint For Withdrawals
Once you initiate a transaction and the timer has elapsed, you’re expected to confirm that it has been completed by the agent
If you’re making a deposit and you’ve sent your funds to the agent, open the chat-box and upload the payment receipt.
If you’re making a withdrawal, open the chatbox and request a payment receipt from the agent. If the agent is unresponsive in completing your transaction, click the “Log A Complaint” button in the app.
Submit your complaint and you should receive a resolution in your favour as long as you have fulfilled your part of the transaction.
If our Support Team confirms that you haven’t fulfilled your part of the transaction, the payment would be cancelled.
